The short version
Are the plug-ins free?
Yes, every one of them: Mey IVY, Halo 2000, HALLE 1280, Unity Balancer, MEY 320, MEY 640 and, from 1 October, TIJN 50. No licence key, no account and no trial period. Every product page that has shipped has a direct download button; TIJN 50 takes an email address for the day it lands, and nothing else.

How do I download a plug-in?
Open the plug-in's own page and use the download button there. It's a direct link, no email, no account and no form to fill in first.
Getting it running
Where do the plug-ins install to on macOS?
VST3 builds install to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3, and AU builds to~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components.
I see a Windows SmartScreen warning when installing Halo 2000
That's expected for now. Halo 2000's Windows build isn't code-signed yet, so Windows shows its standard warning for unsigned installers. It doesn't mean anything is wrong with the download.
Does MEY 640 run natively on Apple Silicon?
Yes. It installs as a signed .pkg built for Apple silicon.
Where things are saved
Where does MEY 640 keep its preset file?
At ~/Documents/MEY/640/user.mey640preset. Back that file up before reinstalling if you want to keep your presets.
